Refrigerator Electronic Control Board 40301-0126802-01

The board is not my model specific.

The board is similar but is missing the CN11 component, leading to the pantry draw to not work. Tech Support also confirmed the part I need is no longer available. How can you make a product that is new (we have had less than 2 yrs) and not have the right suppliers in place to manufacture ALL parts for replacement. ALSO, the Water Inlet Value is also no longer available to purchase. So now I no longer have water, ice, or the pantry drawer. Upsetting. I loved this refrigerator. Now I am disappointed with Kenmore/Sears service and parts support.
