Terrible
I called the Sears Parts telephone line and the representative looked up my previous lawnmower that I bought from Sears, but was sent the WRONG BAG... When it arrived in the mail it did not line up correctly, and there was no instructions with the lawnmower grass bag. When I called for help the rep gave me a website to look up a video... Terrible customer service! When I realized that the bag on the video was different I called back. After being passed to 3 different departments, I finally spoke with someone who issued me a partial refund and emailed a shipping label to return the bag. She supposedly has ordered the correct bag, but this was about a week ago. I called back again checking on the status of the new shipment only to find out that it is on back order and never shipped. Sears did not email or notify me about this delay. I absolutely HATE online shopping now and have had a TERRIBLE experience with Sears Parts. Very disappointed and still waiting a month later for my lawnmower bag.....

Lawn Mower Grass Bag
Easy to install less than 5 minutes. Keeps the grass out of my face for sure ! Great investment and wish I bought it sooner. Note: in the search engine the website said it was not compatible to my mower but customer service help me with that and it fits just fine. Just a web error.
