Fit's great and easy to install!
After a small mix-up, the correct part was delivered and works great. Knob fit the stem perfectly and dryer works like before old knob failed, after 25 years!

Just what I wanted
My dryer is 35 years old and I thought the chances of me finding a part were slim to none. My sister said call Sears service and they will have it. Darned if they didn't and I got it 4 days earlier than it was promised. I pushed it on the rod and voila! it works.

Easy to install
Replaced the knob to turn on dryer, and then allowed us to again use all settings, including turning off when time of drying was reached. Didn't have to buy a new dryer, great news!

Easy to install
When you remove the old knob be sure to also remove the metal inner sleeve that was on the old knob. It may be left behind and will cause the new one not to go on as it should

Grossly overpriced!
So glad I could get this part for my old Sears Kenmore clothes dryer However, I feel that the part was grossly overpriced! $32 for a cheap plastic part that probably cost $1, at most, to manufacture. Plus, $10 shipping for something that probably weighed an ounce.
