Poor replacement
I had a part number off or original mower. When I e-mailed in to order the part the place for the replacement number was empty. I called a representative and the found a part number for me to order. However, the part was not the same and I had to jerry rig the filter to do its job.

It worked
Slight difficulty as the top was not predrilled for the mounting bolt. I just pushed through and made it work. Not rocket science.

I had no trouble installing the air filter but it seem that everytime I order something, it has a problem fitting correctly. Also the part# always changes to a different part#. I had the same problem with a Spool cap that I ordered for a Craftsman weedeater. I even took it to Sears when it was still open here in Houston, Tex. She wasn't much help, she looked up the part and said it was correct, I said, but it doesn't fit. She said O well, unfortunately I left frustrated and have not used the weedeater since, which still works but can't use it without the cap. Anyway that's all I have to say, Thanks
