Additional Information

The Briggs & Stratton snowblower bottom guard panel, part number 1501055E701MA, protects the drive chains, friction disc, and friction wheel from debris and moisture. It replaces part numbers 1501055E701, 1501311E701MA, 722067A, 722067ASM, and MT1501055E701MA.

If your current guard panel is damaged or missing, critical components underneath the snowblower can wear out faster or fail due to exposure. Installing a new panel helps extend the life of your equipment and ensures more reliable performance.

To install, place the snowblower on a stable surface, disconnect the spark plug wire, and secure the panel in place with a screwdriver. Wearing work gloves will help protect your hands during the process. Regularly check the panel for damage and replace it when needed to keep your snowblower running smoothly.

Once blower is up on it's nose, remove all four of the bolts (easily available for about 50' each at your hardware store) and feed the three tabs on the panel into the slots - insert the bolts. Holding the panel it's proper place feed the other two bolts. Into appropriate holes. Tighten bolts, you're done.
