Sears was the only place I could find this part
I tried several different parts suppliers for this part but they all said they were out of stock and unable to get it from manufacturer. Finally found it on the searspartsdirect site. Shipment was fast and the rack was quite easy to install once I could get the rail stops removed. Then all it took was getting the rack settled on the rails and re-inserting the stops. Works like a charm now!

Exact replacement
Ordered a new upper rack for Maytag dishwasher. Perfect replacement. Watched a one minute video online on how to unsnap the rack clips and it slid in place perfectly.

Old one was getting Rust spots
Not exactly like old one, but slid right on. had to remove old caps to secure end of sliding rails. Don't let them snap shut on you before replacing, they are very hard to open. Took months to deliver other wise would get 5 stats
