Torsion Spring difficult to install
The lift arm itself was easy to install, however the torsion spring was difficult. Still not attached but found a workaround that works OK.

Installing cutting deck lifting lever
Not to bad to replace. found it was easier to remove left rear tire. all went well it took about 20 minutes to replace.
