Sears sucks
Not only was the third spark plug wrong, it was the wrong gap and total destroyed my engine. I should of checked since it was round 3 but the lady on the phone assured me it was a the exact number. As far as I know , she may have read was was given to her. Not pointing out anyone specific, I'm pointing out how horrible the company is as a whole . No wonder they can't keep up with the bigger corporations and are going under. Good thing my brother is an attorney.

Wrong plug for the engine.
The plug delivered was too small for the engine. I can still use it in my other small engines.

Just unscrew old plug and screw in new one. No different than doing it on a car.
