Did not fix my problem

I have purchased 2 parts in the last few months to repair my washer. The first was a couple of months ago, a lid lock switch. the second was a control board. Neither of these parts fixed my problem so I called a repair person who was unsuccesful also. Finally, since the symptoms pointed to the lid lock, I purchased another lid lock from a different. The new part fixed my problem. So now I realize you sre selling used parts which may or may not work and because this situation cost me a few hundred dollars I will never buy another part from you again.
