Misleading!!!!

My grandpa passed away and he must have broke all the shelf rails and brackets on the refrigerator door. I got the model number and looked up the parts online, I got the part numbers from the door diagram. I needed one short rail 2 brackets, which were the correct parts and are fine. I need 2 longer rails and the bracket for each side. Both rails were too long. The brackets were the correct ones. But the rails were too long. I call customer service, a very hard too understand CSR, told me that it states in small writing, that the parts might need to be cut down to accommodate. I'm pretty handy, but to get the exact measurement to cut the aluminum rail and create the notches in rail for the bracket to hold, doesn't seem very easy. How can they have every part but the wrong rail?? The CSR said that I could try cutting the rail and if didn't fit just return the pieces and get a full refund. I've invested $130 to fix the refrigerator. Seems like if they are going to give you a diagram based on the exact model number, and the parts are in stock. They should be the right parts.

Difficult to return wrong parts

After a very long wait, this arrived with another part -- but they were clearly the wrong parts. There wasn't an option to return an entire order. I never did get credit for returning this part. Guess I will just superglue the broken parts and hope no one notices. Will certainly never buy these overpriced items again.
