Easy to install, working so much better now.
Easy to install. Only issue was the old thermal fuse blew on first test run stopping the dishwasher in mid-cycle. Ordered new one and replaced it and dishwasher has been running for several loads now. Dishwasher is running so much better, dishes are noticeably cleaner, and most importantly are much dryer after upgrading to this new heater element and accompanying control board.

Fixed!
Old part was broken when I bought the dishwasher used. I pulled out the dishwasher, ordered this part, put it in, and now it's working again. Item fit the machine and arrived undamaged.

Can't Beat the Heat
This was just the thing I needed. Fixed my dishwasher, lickety split! This fixed the notorious 7-blink failure! Easy to install: remove the lower dish rack, remove 2 screws holding the DW to the counter, slide out the dishwasher, underneath the DW, pull off the 2 connectors, unscrew the plastic/nylon nuts holding the heating element to the tub, on the inside, remove the element. Reverse to reinstall. Hot water rocks! Product does the job.
