Not good service

Didn't receive the correct part'took too long to obtain in the 1st place. Not very responsive and hard to get in contact with people at Sears. Using other sources in the future.

Wrong parts shipped

Would have been great if that would have shipped the correct parts. I gave both model and serial number and still wrong parts.

Took three months to receive it

It was on backorder for 3 months I should have received a discount for taking so long to receive the item

Discharge guard for lawn tractor

Easy to install once I got the correct parts. Lawn mower guard was easy to install.

Really easy to install

It took may e 10 minutes I con erred from a mulch deck to this side discharge, the only thing I dont like is it makes the mower almost a whole foot wider so mowing around trees and things gets to be a pain in the grass

You should have included the hardware. It would've helped...

Wrong part

It was impossible to install till we figured out it was the wrong part. Now it has a little dirt on it and they probably won't take it back
