Excellent Customer Service

Easy to install

It took only 10 minutes to replace! Part just plugged in very easy

Difficult to reach due to the low level

One had to be careful to pull both connecting wire through back wall of oven

Followed the online video instructions

Took longer to get the power turned off and then back on than it did to replace the part. Best advise came from the online video telling how to replace the part.
