I will NEVER use Sears again!

Where do I begin? Sears sent the wrong part, then wouldn't install ithe correct one because I didn't buy the fridge from Sears. Wouldn't reimburse me the cost of a second trip by my repairman when it was Sears' error in the first place. Spent 2 hours on the phone getting transferred from department, each time saying Òoh you need the parts/service/installation/customer service/warranty departments. Every single department said it wasn't their problem. After 2 hours of getting the run-around, the call got dropped. I gave my phone number every time i was transferred to another department. Do you think one person ever called me back?? Nope!! And to make matters worse, the gasket does not fit well on my door, so it doesn't close properly. It has been a nightmare and if you had a Zero rating, that's what I would give it!! I will never use your store again - ever!!!
