Better the 2nd Time Around
Ordering online, be careful that you are ordering the correct part! All went well until we got the part and realized it wasn't what we THOUGHT we had ordered. However, Sears Parts Direct were very good about allowing the wrong part to be returned without shipping costs and refunded the amount paid for the part plus shipping. Plus we saved a considerable amount of money. I'm glad that Sears is still around - at least in this way.

I would like to get customer service!
I used your search engine with my model number and scan code from the fridge door. I ordered 2 door bins. They arrived in perfect condition but are 2" too wide for my fridge! I have been trying to get through the return process for 2 days! I tried internet and phone!
