This replacement cantilevered shelf for a Kenmore or Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator model number 10641212100 attaches to a ladder support on the back wall of the refrigerator cabinet.

The cantilevered shelf holds the snack bin and serves as the lid for the bin.

To remove the old shelf, tilt it up from its front edge until it comes free from the ladder support.
