arrived as described and super easy to install
I went to You Tube to view the video on removal and installation. Seriously the hardest operation in the whole process was taking the shipping wrapper off the part. It took 10 minutes to remove the old part and install the new one.

EASY DIY
fortunately my dishwasher had not been cleaning dishes well and I was trying to take a pair of tweezers to get pieces of food and plastic out of the upper and lower arms. Unfortunately it didn't work well luckily Sears had the parts that I needed and it honestly only took me about 8 minutes for the upper and 8 minutes for the lower arm very easy to do
