Fixed random on/off of elements of triple burner

Exact parts match. Took my time moving wires one at a time, took pictures, double checked. 1 hour to do all. Found a good video of process on another parts site. A secret was to use putty knife to separate tape from top so glass could be lifted after unscrewing. Found one corner that was easy to start. Tools: a star tip, putty knife equivalent, a 1/4" ratchet tip, and a phillips. Difficulty on a 1-10 scale, a 3. Don't bump the fragile burners!
