Sent wrong part even they said it would fit
I spoke with a rep on the phone before ordering this part. I provided them with my model number, and they told me that this part was the right part. They were wrong. I even attempted to cancel the order after they told me it was 'in stock' when it wasn't. It as backordered. When I learned it was backordered, I canceled the order- yet they sent it anyway. I will not be ordering from Sears Parts Direct in the future after a series of disappointments.
