Good intentions gone wrong

Part was identified via chat as a replacement for unavailable part number. Unfortunately in was not. Switch has NC contacts but needed NO for proper application. Appreciate the effort to find a replacement but wish it would have been functional. Return was not an issue but I wasn't thrilled at not being refunded the shipping fee since the part was not functional and was identified as a replacement by Sears employee.
