The Slow Eradication of the Sears Corporation
I've ordered this burner two(2) different time. Both times the part was the wrong size. On my third attempt, I was told MY part (the one size I needed) was no longer available. Between the first order & the third attempted order I must have spoken with a half a dozen different representatives, many of whom spoke to someone else while I was waiting....Why it took so much & so many of this back & forth between me & Seas Parts just to get the answer that this sized part is no longer available is another reason why there has been such a decline of Sears in the marketplace.....If you DON'T have Superior Customer Service on a constant basis, then your are doomed to failure & destruction over the long haul....And this is what I am witnessing with the Sears Corporation--You guys were Number 1 in the world, at one time. I think those days are gone forever......Customer Services isn't your only problem, there are a whole series of missteps Sears has made over the years.
