Refrigerator repair parts
Once I received the correct tray everything fit ok.Your parts department sent the wrong trays then wanted to charge me double for just one tray. When you sale me a product and we agree on price I expect to receive that product at the agreed price. Everyone makes mistakes but the customer should not have to pay for your company's mistake. That's poor business practice

Wrong part.
You sent the incorrect part. Apparently the correct part is not being produced by the manufacturer any longer. I ended up getting the part on e-bay for $60.00 less.
