Pressure washer replacement o-rings.
Got everything alright but when replaced what I thought were the correct rings they failed just like the originals. Not sure what I am doing wrong but $30 later ( $16 for rings and almost $13 for shipping, which seems like a lot) back to square one.

I didn't know how many o-rings I would need or what size. Kit was perfect. Color coded with a chart. Love it.

Very pricey
For what you get, this is way overpriced I only needed 1 o-ring in the kit, and spending 30.00 for it is ridiculous (including the shipping)

Wrong Part
When I called to order the part I needed the Sears Customer Service Rep. was able to look up the my pressure washer owners manual to assure she was looking at the same part I was describing. We discussed the page number and as well as the part number (seals) that I needed to repair my leaking pressure washer. When the part delivered I realized it wasn't the part that I needed. When I called Sears back and explained the situation they said the seal that I needed was discontinued and my only option was to buy a new pump priced at $325.00. I told the Sears representative that it was ridiculous to spend that much money when the problem could be fixed with a simple seal. The representative said there was nothing else that could be done and my only option was to purchase a new pump. After researching my options and making a half dozen calls I ended up taking my pump to a repair shop and they found a seal that fit my pressure washer and everything was fixed good as new for $1.85. Obviously there was a substitute replacement part available and a somewhat half qualified Customer Service Rep what have provided me with this information and saved me a lot time.
