It was a part in a box. No description.
The part had punchered though the box having not been secured. It went though some shock during shipment. Usually when you get a part it's in a labeled bag. Not this. I don't know if it was a return or possibly used. Paid about $. 25.00 shipping. Got a cheap box and the part almost broke out of it. So far it's working, but it don't feel too confident it will last. No sealed bag with a label or description. Or even an invoice.

Didn't need it.
I received the valve in good time. I did not need it after all and returned it, which was an easy process. It would have been perfect if I had used it. I have edited out comments about shipping costs and competitors at the direction of the moderators.

The same as the part it replaced.
Instructions are on youtube. Had to push the solenoid to one side to find tiny screw hole. Otherwise, easy to install.

Easy to install IF you have the correct part
My washer is from 2006, and ever Denteley the parts have changed a bit. So, the part I ordered from Sears did not work. I wish that there had been a way to put in the year of my washer. I would have thought that would be covered with the model number but I guess not.

I had my model #, I went on line and read questions from people whose problem was the same. I ordered the part. It came in 5 days and my machine works perfectly.
