Super fast shipping!
Did not have to wait long for my part. It was packed secured. Refrigerator would not turn on needed a new electronic control board. It was very easy to install the new part in the refrigerator, and the price for the control board was not expensive at all. Will recommend to anyone!

Part arrived with in one week
This was an unusual experience, we received a part wrapped in bubble wrap without a Sears return address on the box and NO paperwork inside. Since we were expecting a circuit board we knew what this was for. No paperwork is unusual though. Unfortunately the circuit board was not the answer to our problem, the repair man did say that it would be a needed first step in diagnosing the problem. Now we are waiting on an inverter. Really kind of sad though. This refrigerator was only in use for 14 months. Kenmore isn't what it used to be.
