The inner clips are hard to release,

Get a stiff putty knife and go along the outside trim wall to release the dozen harvard clips( they're harvard clips cause they are over designed for a simple clip) . I warmed the door on top of a radiator . Go around the outside edge and snap it up , use the utube video for reference. Good Luck and don't be afraid ! ;-)
