3rd attempt to get a part delivery

First time i got wrong part number. i needed to pay for the replacement as well until you got your return. Second attempt was not only delayed but on the day of delivery i get a notification that the part is been return to sender. i got told that UPS could not find my address, but we found out that that was not the reason for the return. Now the 3rd time to ship it is going to take 11 days to be deliver... All together it is going to be a month that i am without a range. i am very desapointed for a company that i beloved strived on service.
