Sears sent me the WRONG part TWICE now.

Twice I spoke with reps on the phone, one of whom had such a strong accent that I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. They assured me that it was the one I wanted (the one in the picture on this page, in fact) and twice now I've received two cup-shaped filters that are nothing like what I want or what I ordered. The second guy said they're not returnable and I should just dispose of them. Then they sent me two more of the same thing. If Sears doesn't carry this part, why not just say so and give me a refund? Is anybody out there who can help with this ridiculous problem?
