Wrong part
I used chat to make this purchase, a clutch cable for a craftsman tiller. The rep sent me a link to a photo of a cable. I told him I couldn't tell from the photo, but I needed a CLUTCH cable. He literally said "Trust me.". I ended up receiving a THROTTLE cable. Had to return it, then CALLED and ordered the clutch cable I asked for in the first place.

Will never order anything from Sears parts direct
Not happy at all with the sloppy service of filling the order and shipping. Item was in stock and it took several days to ship the item. I contacted customer service and complained about the time delay in filling the order and shipping and they blamed it on the covid-19 pandemic.
