Wrong part was sent

This was my second time trying to order this part. I first placed an order and the item was returned to sender because UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. I didn't get my refund until about 2 weeks after when I initiated the phone call. I then had a very pleasant customer service experience and thought the correct item was shipped, however they sent the wrong part. I ordered a Kenmore grill knob, they sent me a Husqvarna starter solenoid. So now I have to do the entire thing over again. Very frustrating!
