Overall, finally it worked out.
I had ordered both sides replacement curtain of this product and they send ONLY ONE. took me several phone calls and aggravation to make them understand that ONE SIDE WILL NOT WORK NEEDED BOTH SIDES. However, the final outcome was good received both parts separately.

Our 13 year old AC unit needed new louvers since they got a bit dry rotted during storage in the attic. We only use it when the AC breaks on a weekend and during hurricane season. Had zero issues finding new louvers or extra mounting screws. Thank you!!

Good replacement but includes both sides
This product was an exact fit to my broken wing, but I'm confirming again in 2020 what everyone else has said: the L kit has both L & R wings, and the R kit has both L & R wings. You only need to buy one or the other, not both.

Wrong description
In the kenmore parts catalog it shows a right and left. I ordered both. Well each is a complete kit, I only needed to order one. I have 3 of this model AC units so I'm keeping the second set. Not happy about it though and that's why 3 star review.
