Thermal Fuse replacement
Part showed up one day early. I had already removed and test the old piece which was blown. Took 1 minute to install. Turned the power back on and I was cooking.

Fairly Easy to Install
There are two ways to approach replacing this. You most likely are better off removing the front control panel and the front top panel. Once you unplug the fuse (which may require you to use slight force), you have to cut the zip ties holding it in. Before replacing it with the new one, cut the clip retainer tabs located on the bottom on the metal mounting tab (easier to reach from the front of the unit). Then, just snap the plug back on and plug it back in.
