Damaged item - Terrible description

One of the two rails was so badly damaged that I couldn't use - waiting for replacement. Worse, I was assured by the Chat rep when I placed the order that the fasteners were included. They weren't. When I contacted Sears about the missing fasteners, the Chat rep was apologetic BUT charged me $63.12 for the fasteners that were supposed to be included with the rails. The only reason I purchased from Sears was because their price was better (with the fasteners included). I could have purchased elsewhere at a better price if I had known that I had to purchase separately. Keep in mind that I asked the Chat rep specifically about this. I expected Sears to make this good, but when I contacted them they said I would have to pay additionally for the fasteners. Very poor.....
