Miserable Experience.
Can't give zero stars, right? There was so much wrong with the whole transaction. First, the part was on "back order" for months. Then, I was refunded my money because the part was no longer being made. Then, UPS delivered the part that, supposedly, wasn't being made any more. Then, the part was missing the shelf clips on the right side. In the end, I told the Sears tech to just take the part. I will buy a new grill (not a Kenmore) next year. At least, I got my money refunded, and I did receive the hardware pack -- which I can't use. All in all, it was a miserable experience.
