Good part, easy job, not happy with parts direct!
The board performs as designed and is a fairly simple change with minimal tools, some care must be taken when removing and connecting the plugs that connect to the board because it is possible to damage the board and or the plugs during the exchange otherwise piece of cake. The loss of two stars is from dealing with parts direct, they need to get some people with a mental aptitude that includes some technical skills as well as keeping parts in stock for faster service and this garbage about only sears techs being able to do part swaps for some arbitrary reason of the kind of excuses given to me are ridiculous such as, "so the part being removed can be returned for remanufacture or recycling", a core charge takes care of that and the other "it takes someone with technical skill to perform the repairs", my niece could have performed this one when she was 10! Limiting access to parts for these reasons is atrocious and disrespectfully demeaning to a large section of capable do it yourselfers! I happen to be a master electrician and a 20+ yr maintenance technician these things infuriate me when they are told to me!
