It worked!
There is a right and left side for the freezer drawer slide rails. Of course, there was only one option to purchase that appeared to be for the left side. I needed the right side but it seemed like the parts I needed would be interchangeable. It turned out that they were. I dissembled the part I received to get the slide rail and then I attached my right side plastic parts. It all worked out and my freezer drawer slides like new.
