Less the ample knowledge from the staff.
I have made 5 calls and placed my order 5 times. I have received incomplete parts, the wrong part, missing parts and no order at all was placed. I was not able to have a tech come out due to CoVid19. I understand that. With us doing the repairs getting the parts should be easy. Very disappointed and we are still waiting. This began March 19th. I keep hoping

Success...with Minor Complications
Because of the condition of the upper and lower dish racks in this dishwasher, I was required to change out both the them (at different times) This replacement involves the upper rack. The Kenmore dishwasher uses, for the most part, snap on parts or parts held in place by others. The height adjustment on this model, however, involves using screws to fasten two parts together. It was very easy and pain free; however, when I ordered the parts I asked point blank whether or not the screws (pictured as part of the replacement part) were included. I was assured they were. WRONG... When the part arrived....no screws.. I was a bit more than "put out." This fix, already put off while the mail worked its "magic" was further complicated by the fact that an additional run to the hardware store was necessary.
