Exact Replacement went smoothly

The valve was a perfect replacement, but was shipped rattling around in a small box with no packing. Fortunately it arrived without damage, and was an exact fit. My washer shutoff valves were very corroded (after 40 years) and leaked when turned off, so this job turned into a re-valving job too. But my good old washer is once again working fine!
