Exact duplicate of original
Changing the isolator itself is very easy - it is getting to it that is a pain. The good news was it was only the vibration isolators and not the motor. Getting to it requires removal of the fan housing, which is back under the counter. If you are reading this, you probably already figured that out, because, at first, I thought it was a bad fan motor.
