Easy to install.
Removed bolt that holds the cable guide and Shute direction control handle, pry wire up and out of cable guide on each side, a lift cable ends from the guide. install new cable guide, insert cable ends, press cables into guide, reattach guide and handle with bolt. 15 to 20 minutes.
