Fast delivery unfortunately it did not work
My 2017 KENMORE ELITE refrigerator compressor failed and I had to update the control board to replace the compressor. The rewriter I was sent would not update the flash on the pcb ,therefore it was recommended I replace the pcb at 200$. Luckily I tested the board and it tested good and a coworker had just done the same repair on his and I was able to use his rewriter to update the pcb with no issues.

Received a bunch of units with blank SD card
Let me start by saying that USUALLY it's easy and no problem - I've bought quite a bit of this units, probably a couple of hundreds. But this time I received a bunch of units with blank SD card. And if one tries to use them they get'd get "No MVF file check SD card" message on the LED display. I'm pretty sure SEARS is programming those SD cards because they're sticking labels with dates on them. Once before they've sent me those labels just on a roll inside of the shipping box with a bunch of units, not peeled or placed to the units. So, my guess this time somebody just thought to ship out blanks, not programmed devices. Seriously, this is not acceptable!

Will not work on LG refrig manuf bef 2014
Device and service great. Will not work on LG refrig manufactured before 2014. LG only sells the boards to their service reps..

part worked perfectly.
This was a computer to reprogram computer on refrigerator. my refrigerator was not marked and i hooked it up wrong. said FAILED. used other plug and worked perfectly. did not hurt anything doing it wrong. I do not know what this does but I followed all directions and it works great.
