I was sent the wrong part

I was conversing with Phoebe about a part for my snowblower. It was a piece that connects the two rods that control the discharge chute. I told her I needed part number 7028222. I had obtained the number from a local engine repair shop. She showed me a picture of it and it looked like the part would work. It wasn't the same as the original part, evidently it had been redesigned, it was now metal instead of plastic. She told me to order part 578060MA - she was sure it would be the right part. It was not. It was some small cylindrical metal piece with a hole in it. I called more local Snapper dealers and actually found one that had the correct part in a dusty old box with miscellaneous parts under the counter. That was Newburgh Power Equipment in Newburgh, NY.
