What's not to like
It was easy to order, came quickly and in good shape, and probably extended the life of my BBQ by about a year or two. and the price was reasonable. What's not to like?

This item arrived a few days early. Installation was just a 5 minute job. The product seems to be of higher quality than the original part. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Lied about item being in stock
I received heat shields to put on my BBQ grill to cover the gas flames. Talked with a customer service rep, gave him the type of BBQ I had and the BBQ grill order number. The Sears rep. verified my BBQ brand and showed me a photo of the ACTUAL PART I was looking for and I confirmed the part matched my owners manual for the grill and part. But the rep did NOT send me that part because they actually DID NOT HAVE THAT PART as the type of grill is no longer being serviced or made. So, the rep instead of telling me that just basically ordered me a Kenmore Heat Diffuse panel assuming it would fit my grill. It did not. I called Sears to complain that they sent me the wrong part and it was then I found out that the part I wanted is not available . Sears couldn't provide an alternate solution except for me to send back the box with the items to get a refund. So, to summarize; the Sear Rep LIED to me about a part they had in stock and sent me a part that didn't fit and NOW it was my responsibility to pack up the items put them back in the box, and take TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO SHIP BACK THE BOX! Thanks Sears, no wonder you're out of business!

Overpriced
Properly made but the price is absurd. This is a simple piece of painted sheet metal that could cost no more than $10 I think I paid over $30+ Each so I only bought 2 instead of the 3 I really need. I can't see paying over $100 for parts when The Entire grill new was about $150.
