Part didn't fit perfectly
For my refrigerator (see picture for serial number) you sold me this part which has too short connecting cable to fit correctly. See picture for original part and part number. After I took the entire freezer compartment apart I didn't want to return your part, assemble the freezer, go buy the correct part, wait for it and do this all over again. I had to make some adjustments to the part you sold me to make it fit in my refrigerator and I'm not very happy about this. There are other sites that offer the correct part, but I trusted you because this is not the first time I buy from Sears PartsDirect Experts. In general ( except this time) my experience with Sears PartsDirect Experts is been very good.
