Replace wheels on upper rack of dishwasher

I had to remive the upper rack of dishwasher by removing the wheel stops on both sides. After that, pulled rack out and replaced the wheel assemblies. The trick was knowing how to disengage, twist and remove the part.

The part I was sent was way to short, it had the proper part number, however it was incorrect. there seems to be 2 parts with the same number. Called CS sending a replacement, hopefully it will work.

Ordered a upper rack dishwasher plastic wheel in July, finally came 4 months later. Only came because I threatened to invoke service agreement and wanted a new dishwasher. Same part came within 3 days from another supplier
