Better Material than the Original
The original coupler turned brittle and broke in an unusually short period of time, after almost no tool use. Expecting it to happen again, I ordered three replacements. They seem to be made of a more flexible and durable material than the originals, and I'm hoping that this one lasts long enough for me to get a little use out of an otherwise fine tool, made by Bosch/Dremel and sold through Sears.

Better than the original part!
Upgraded from hard plastic coupling, which crumbled with age, to a pliable, rubber coupling that will probably last as long as the rotary tool! Less than 5 minutes from opening the package to a working tool! Perfect fit and better than the original part!

Took the screws out pull the old part out and slid the new one in. Took about 10 minutes.

Coupling
Only time consuming thing was keeping the small spring in place for the lockout knob for the spindle after replacing the coupling. Works like new! Shipping cost was outrageous but what can I say? At least I found the part.
