LATE DELIVERY
Part was what I expected but the delivery was lousy. Website stated delivery the next day but it took a week and we still were charged $10.00 for the so-called next day delivery. At least you could be truthful with your claims.

Not a beginner's level repair.
This repair was straight forward, but a pneumatic impact wrench was needed (happily I just blew the dust off of mine).

lousy customer service
terrible customer service. took a month with no communication, order status just said "pending" i then repaired my old part then called to cancel order, next day got email that they could not cancel because it already shipped. that was the first communication i got from them.
