They sent me a motor when I asked for the glass tu

I spoke to a real person to order the right microwave replacement turntable plate you put food on to microwave. I double and triple checked with them that this would fit. Three weeks later SEARS sent me a tiny little motor the size of my fist, not an 11' round glass plate. I returned it and never got my $87 refunded although I was promised I would get it refunded. No wonder Sears went out of business.... shame on me for not going on Amazon FIRST; that's where I found the correct plate for $14 and got it overnight.
