The numbers on the control panel wouldn't work

The numbers on the control panel started going out 1 at the time. We were down to only the minute feature working. So I decided to go to youtube, then to sears website and it seemed easy enough so I ordered the part and installed. I took picture with my phone of original b4 taking it apart. then I used picture to reinstalled.
