Easy to install and works great.
It came with two knobs - which is all that I needed. Would be great if I could just have ordered the knob. The big problem was that it took 3 mos. to arrive and I was charged on my credit card three times instead of just once. I am having difficulty straightening it out because all three persons with whom I have spoken do not speak good English.

Perfect fit and function
We had sat on this repair for almost a year. The compactor had sat almost a year non functional before we tried to fix it. Not knowing if this was all it needed to be operational we were hesitant but 10 minutes after opening the part we were compacting away.

Easy to install
Had to replace the starter switch on our Kenmore trash compactor. We looked online but couldn't find the parts that looked exactly like ours. We chose the 'chat' option on the parts page and spoke with Charlie. He located our parts, sent pictures so we could confirm they were the correct parts, placed the order and we received the parts 3 days later. The parts were simple to install. Trash compactor works perfectly. The parts were nearly $200.00 which seemed very expensive, but still less than replacing a trash compactor that worked well, otherwise. Suggestion, before removing the old parts, snap a picture to use as a guide to replace with new parts.

easy to install
turn off power. Remove 2 screws on front panel. Needle nose pliers to remove switch. then unplug/plug 3 wires. Whole thing took 10 minutes. I thought the price for such a small part was excessive.
